<div style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.6;"> <!-- Main Announcement Section --> <p> The International Cooperation Department of <strong>Riga Technical University</strong> is pleased to announce its <strong>1st International Teaching Week</strong> dedicated to fostering internationalization, global collaboration, and excellence in higher education. </p> <p> <strong>International Teaching Week</strong> for staff mobility will be held from <strong>October 14 to 18, 2024</strong> at Riga Technical University (Riga, Latvia). </p> <p> This event will provide an opportunity for visiting professors to deliver lectures at our university and expand their professional network on a global scale, strengthen existing professional contacts, and gain fresh perspectives for further teaching activities at home. </p> <!-- Academics Invitation Section --> <p><strong>Academics</strong> are welcome to propose lectures on a variety of topics related to <strong>Computer Engineering, Management, and Biomedical Sciences</strong> (check the list). The teaching language is English.</p> <!-- Participation Details --> <p> To make the 1st International Teaching Week as beneficial as possible, each participant will have the opportunity to attend the <strong>65th International Scientific Conference</strong> of RTU and several training activities (the final programme will be announced by September 16). </p> <p><strong>There is no participation fee.</strong> Where applicable, funding will be available from the Erasmus+ grant distributed by RTU.</p> <!-- Erasmus+ Programme Details --> <p> Please note that the <strong>Erasmus+ programme</strong> requires at least <strong>8 teaching hours</strong> to be delivered within the regular courses offered by the host university.
